Commented Issue: Visual Studio 11 Support [15097]

I have created a patch, two corrected files, that installs the current code in VS 2012 RC. I did NOT make any changes to the MSI installer project. Simply modifying these two files and replacing the originals in the 3.5 branch installs the target, and gives me the same functionality I enjoyed in VS 2010. Consequently, this patch also seems to work on the 3.4 trunk code as well. Not a major code change, but hopefully this will save someone a few minutes of coding...
